The Ei3014 Heat Alarm is simple, yet intelligent, triggering at 58o to provide a fast response to fire-related incidents. Featuring the latest technology advancements including AudioLINK, for real-time data extraction, as well as SmartLINK compatibility for wireless interconnection with other Aico alarms. Future proof your fire safety network with the Ei3014. The new Ei3014 heat alarm is the perfect, recommended replacement for the Ei164. The new alarm can hard-wire interlink with any remaining Ei160 series alarms in your system, and fits directly onto your existing Ei160 base without any need to rewire. The heat sensor technology in the Ei3014 is designed for places where dust, humidity, and normal household fumes may trigger smoke alarms, such as kitchens, lofts, garages and workshops.
Test/Silence facility: it comes fitted with a large Test/Silence button which facilitates frequent testing of the alarm and system. The SILENCE function allows you to silence the alarm / system in the case of a false alarm or a nuisance alarm, or in the case of low battery/fault beeps. The Aico Ei3014 is a mains powered optical smoke detector. This unit can be interlinked with other Aico devices using either a hard-wired cable or wirelessly (when the Ei3000MRF wireless module is used). Up to 20 devices can be interconnected.The Aico Ei3014 contains AudioLINK technology, which allows you to extract real time data from the alarm directly to a smartphone or tablet via the AudioLINK App.
It is also compatible with SmartLINK interconnection and monitoring technology, and it has AudioLINK data extraction technology.It has a 10 year life. The Ei3014 Heat Alarm contains our tried and tested high performance thermistor heat sensor providing protection from fire.The thermistor has a smaller thermal mass enabling it to give faster alarm responses when the trigger temperature of 58’C is reached. This heat alarm is ideal for siting in kitchen, garage, boiler house, and other areas where there are high levels of fumes, smokes, or dust and where smoke alarms cannot be installed without the risk of excessive nuisance alarms. This heat alarm can be interconnected to up to 11 other alarms so that if one senses fire, all alarms will sound. The Aico Ei3014 heat detector is ideal for use in areas such as kitchens where standard smoke detection may cause false alarms.

AudioLINK: this heat alarm is AudioLINK enabled, which means that you can downlight information from the alarm through the use of the mobile app. The Ei3014 is powered by 230V AC mains. In the event of mains failure, the rechargeable 10 year built in tamper-proof lithium cells will provide up to 3 months power supply in the case of a wireless RF installation or up to 6 months in any other case. SmartLINK compatible - plug in an Ei3000MRF module for wireless interconnection, data extraction and real-time notifications of alarm activations and events via the SmartLINK Gateway and Portal.
