About this deal

I think if somebody like Paco Rabanne, or even really any other designer put this out it would have been a huge hit and competitive with 1 Million. The wearer just has to withstand a barrage of befuddled fruit cocktails and herbs from a bartender that's been sampling his own product too much before the scent settles into something likeable. I don't care what you think of the people who wear Ed Hardy clothes or too much of them in your opinion that's got nothing to do with this perfume people wearing too much Ed Hardy clothing doesn't say a thing about the perfume for those that wanted to actually know what it smells like.

I think these perfumes from Ed Hardy are along the fruity/vanilla line the original one is more citrus, pepper, wood.Top notes are Martini, Pear and Basil; middle notes are Pepper, Papaya and Rosemary; base notes are Woodsy Notes, Suede, Patchouli and Sandalwood. After two successful fragrant pairs from the collection Ed Hardy, Christian Audigier presents his third pair inspired by hearts and daggers in tattoo form.

To sum this fragrance up it is a fresh spicy scent that focuses on a pear note (which is very nice if I don't say so myself). It's obviously inspired by that one, except here the sweetness is turned down almost completely and everything is rendered in a more aquatic, salty, tropical fashion. This is also one of the only ones I've purchased lately that has garnered a spontaneous complement from my husband, and that's something unusual. I don't follow the brand, or wear the fashions, and I'm forty years away from being a teenage mall-rat.

Contrary to the intimidating bottle design, Hearts and Daggers is quite wearable, sweet, fruity and alluring. That's not me however, and for a truly remarkable Ed Hardy masculine, I'm going to stick with the previous year's Love and Luck for Men (2008). No body is going to explain it to you because you have already made your opinion so crystal clear, if you are an expert on tatoo art and feel the need to post that here then you are on the wrong site my dear as this is a perfume site. I was on the fence about this at first because it is a bit of a generic fruity scent, and do I really need another? I was looking for something similar to Victoria's Secret Pink All My Heart, and I am very pleased with Hearts and Daggers! I think it's worth smelling for the fact that it was essentially a predictor for all of the current salty fruity woody fragrances that have been coming out.
