Using only pure Jamaican molasses, Myers's Rum is made from continuous and pot still distillation and matured in white oak barrels. This is a blend of nine rums, distilled in pot stills and aged in ex-bourbon barrels, that’s named after the brand’s founder Fred L Myers. Made from nine specially selected Jamaican rums, Myers's is complex and rich yet still smooth enough for cocktails. The Platform Flavor Is Intensely Cocoa-Like Then At Midpalate The Taste Leaps Into Deeper Cocoa/Bittersweet Chocolate Territory Before Turning Lean And Keenly Bittersweet Oily And Chocolaty In The Finish. It is then aged in white oak barrels, carefully blended, and filtered to remove color and smoothen taste.

Myers is made only using pure Jamaican molasses, and is matured for four years in white-oak barrels before it reaches the bottle.
