I would say this is my favourite story written by Donaldson, I love the flow of the text and the rhymes throughout.

Superworm is then back to being super-long and super-strong and he is able to apply his skills to giving the garden creatures plenty of good fun.

Julia Donaldson is the author of some of the world's best-loved children's books, including the modern classic The Gruffalo, which has sold over 17 million copies worldwide. Butterfly is a very determined character, and a loyal friend, and I’m looking forward to seeing her on BBC One on Christmas Day. It demonstrates to children good teamwork and how it doesn’t matter who you are, anyone can be a superhero.Therefore, I for one am definitely not all that much impressed with and by the stereotypical villain depiction and portrayals in Superworm.
