For a better user experience, we recommend replacing the ear tip every 2-3 months (this can be adjusted according to the frequency of use) I think my product is faulty, what is your policy? The mark of a good company is how they treat you when something goes wrong and this company were excellent. At first I was a bit sceptical but after purchasing from them I was so impressed with the items that I have been back again and again. This is a really good piece of equipment, you can see right down into the ear ,and although my ears were clean the rest of the family’s wasn’t and if you’re into gross ear cleaning this product is for you, it’s so interesting and satisfying,I gave this 4star because if it of had a suction on it to suck the ear wax out it would of earned a 5 star .
