also has the added benefit of many other pleasant fragrance additions and the overall effect is one of refreshment.
If you apply a lot at once--especially on fabric, I find a masculine base of lavender and rosemary emerges (think mid-tone of Rosemary, not top aromatic). The sun shines through and the streaks of light brighten the sink, cabinet, and odds and ends around the bathroom. I also noticed the parent brand doing all sorts of promotions and extra launches, which makes sense if they want to have more visibility. It stays on my dresser now, wouldn't be without it's fabulous, light, summer memories of Detroit, and Germany in 1965.
a summer perfume I would wear any day on a hot sunny morning/afternoon but the 4711 is blended in a very linear way to my nose. That can be a good thing if you're looking for a clean freshie, and it's cheap as hell, but expect to have to spray frequently. I think that a quick swirl or spray of Blue Grass in the mouth would probably do a reasonable job as a breath freshener! The differences are subtle; 4711 is lighter and more floral, while Imperiale is richer and more herbal, thanks to good doses of rosemary and verbena.
