Bath additives disperse easily in water and provide a soothing treatment for dry skin during bathing. They can be particularly useful for treating younger people with dry skin, like babies and children, where more regular application of emollients can be difficult. Zeroderma bath additives: Double the moisturising action – a non-greasy gel to soften, smooth and rehydrate dry skin conditions. Contains 30% emollient and 10% humectant. Gel formulas vary from creams and they tend to be better at moisturising the skin, although it can take longer for them to absorb into the skin. Gels also contain less oil than creams so, using an emollient gel instead of soap can help to improve dry skin.
