Serpine has a meeting with Mr. Bliss who has been sent by the Elders, in his castle full of Hollow Men. During the meeting Mr. Bliss informs Serpine that two Sancuary agents, Clement Gale and Alexander Slake, who had been monitoring him were found dead yesterday. Serpine lies, denying having anything to do with it, and Mr. Bliss leaves to catch and plane to London.
