About this deal

The action cards make the game of Uno extremely exciting and fun! If you are familiar with the original Uno or any other version, the Minecraft Uno action cards will look familiar. A set of one hundred cards, split into two sets: resource cards and craft cards. Twenty-five of them are craft cards. The resource cards are split as follows: If you desire a certain Craft Card but are unable to pay for it, you may put the card in Reserve. Take the Craft Card you want and place in a Card Holder. The card is now in reserve. A Wild card may be used as any 1 type of resource. You may NOT split the value of the Wild card. For example, a Wild 3 card may be used as a 3 Diamond card or a 3 Wood card, but NOT a 2 Diamond card and a 1 Wood card in combination. The Minecraft Wiki has now moved to minecraft.wiki. Here is a brief rundown of the changes we were able to implement in the new wiki:

I wouldn’t consider the game to be filled with a lot of strategy, but there are some decisions to make in the game. Most of the decisions revolve around how much risk you want to take. The Craft Cards basically boil down to low value cards that are easy to complete, and harder cards that require more or rarer cards to complete. On top of this players need to analyze what cards they think the other players will be going after on their next turn. For example the Reserve action doesn’t really get you closer to winning the game, but you may have to use it if you think another player will steal the Craft Card that you have been acquiring cards for. Between choosing which cards to take/pursue and how much risk you decide to take, your decisions will have an impact on what ultimately happens. Minecraft itself is a highly popular video game, first published by Swedish game developer Markus Persson through his company, Mojang in 2011, and subsequently bought over by Microsoft later on. Since its release, Minecraft has been played by people from all around the world just like Uno, and now we get to play the Minecraft version of Uno! Wild cards have a number allocated to them as well. So, for example, a wild two-card can be used as two of any resource. However, the resources can’t be split, so they cannot be used as one stone and one diamond. That is not to say that the Minecraft Card Game? is a strategy filled game. Instead it feels like your typical card game with a few more mechanics added in to add a little more strategy. In a lot of ways the game is similar to a lot of simple card games. Your decisions on any given turn are usually pretty obvious. Therefore you can play the game without putting a ton of thought into every individual decision. There are some points in the game where the decision you make will have an impact on the outcome though. I could actually see the game working pretty well as a gateway game. It is far from the best game that I have ever played, but I still enjoyed playing it and could see a lot of other people liking it as well. When you have mined the required resources, you may use an Action on your turn to trade them in and get the card out of reserve. Place it with your other crafted cards. What do you get if you merge one of history’s best card games, together with one of the most popular and successful computer games in history? Skip card – This card can only be played on a card of similar color or symbol (another Skip). When you play this card, the next player loses their turn, and play moves on to the following player, who must then match your Skip card with a card of the same color, or another Skip card. If turned up at the start of the game, the first player becomes “skipped” and loses his/her turn. On their turn, a player may perform 2 Actions. Once you have completed your 2 Actions, it is the next player's turn. A popular house rule is that the player who is supposed to be skipped can play another Skip card on the first card. But as we already noted, if you play with the official rules, this is not allowed.

Finally, we have the infamous Creeper! If this card is mined, then every player must discard one of their resource cards. The only way to prevent discarding a card is to kill the Creeper if you have the sword tool. The Minecraft Card Game: Adventure Reinvented! Players "mine" Resource Cards, and then use those cards to "craft" Craft Cards. When you "craft" a Craft Card, you earn points. When you take TNT, you use it right away to get to take two other top cards, and discard the other two top cards. If you uncover a creeper (or several creepers) while taking/using TNT, finish the TNT action BEFORE everyone discards a resource card for each creeper.

Next, shuffle the craft cards and then deal them into four piles of six cards each, with the "crafting" side up. One card is left over, which is used for the discard pile. Zatu has an excellent range of games and for most of them the best prices too. Delivery is always fast and I have never received a game in bad condition. 10/10 would recommend. The Draw 2 card can force the next player in line to draw two cards from the draw pile and loses her or his turn.

Minecraft Uno is one of the most popular Uno versions of the top-rated card game. As you might already have noticed, Uno has a rich history of creating exciting, fun, and different themes of the Uno game, Minecraft Uno being one of them. The Minecraft Uno rules for finishing the game are the same as in regular Uno. Before you play your second to the last card, you need to say or yell “Uno!” Which means “one” in Spanish and Italian. To illustrate this point I want to talk about the TNT cards. Basically whenever you have the opportunity to take a TNT card you should. There is basically no downside to taking one as any possible punishment will be shared with the other players as well. Taking a TNT card basically acts like getting a free turn as you will get to take two Resource Cards instead of one. In some cases taking the TNT card will give you all of the resources that you need to craft a card. If the TNT cards are spread out among the players this isn’t a huge issue, but if one player gets more than the other players they will have essentially gotten more turns than the other players. This will give players a huge advantage in the game. Note: There Will Be One Craft Card Left Over. Set It Aside As It Will Not Be Used In The Game. This Will Become Your Discard Pile. The aim of this fun, quirky card game is simple; you need to be the first to reach the points goal. The Minecraft card game can be played between 2 – 4 people, and the points goal varies depending on the number of players. Shuffle all resource cards, and then deal them face down into five piles of fifteen cards each. Then, turn each pile over so that all cards in each pile are face up. In case any other searcher stumbles here first, I found that there's apparently an "official" answer elsewhere: boardgamegeek dotcom

Just remember: This card can only be played if a player has no other matching color cards on your hand. This rule is often disregarded in the house rules, but according to the official rules, you cannot play it if you have a matching color (matching symbols are ok). The player who discards all their cards is declared the winner, and all points are calculated. The first to 500 points wins! This brings me to those that aren’t fans of Minecraft. As a fan of Minecraft myself, I can only guess how a non-fan would feel about the game. Clearly a fan of the video game will get quite a bit more out of the game than someone who only has a general idea of the game. Familiarity with the video game will certainly help, but I don’t know if it is totally necessary to enjoy the game. Those not familiar with the video game may take a little longer to understand the concept. It doesn’t help that two of the resource types look pretty similar for those who aren’t familiar with the game. The game is simple enough and the gameplay is fun enough on its own that I still think you could get some enjoyment out of the Minecraft Card Game? even if you don’t have much interest in the video game. The game immediately ends when one of the players have earned enough points from the Craft Cards that they have acquired. The number of points needed to win depends on the number of players:
