Mix hot water and Cafiza® Espresso Machine Cleaner in a large sink or laundry tub. Let roaster parts soak for several minutes. Use Cafiza® with Dezcal™ Activated Scale Remover (powder), Grindz™ Grinder Cleaner, Rinza® Milk Frother Cleaner and Scoopz™ Remove portafilter. Activate brew cycle and rinse portafilter in stream of water from group head. Stop cycle. Empty coffee from equipment. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon (3g) of Cafiza® powder per 2L of brewer capacity directly into brew basket

Can also be used to make a soaking solution to clean portafilters, baskets, screens, and other parts. TIP: Wet a cloth with the Cafiza® Powder solution and wipe down spray heads, then wipe clean with a fresh cloth. Caution: Solution may be very hot.
