Don’t worry, you will continue to be paid in the same way you always have been! iTrent is United Learning's integrated HR and Payroll system which supports employee self-service (ESS). All employees and individuals whose pay is processed by United Learning will have access to ESS which will allow you to view and amend your personal information and bank details. Your current role and your original start date with Creative Support will be shown here. If you change post within the organisation after 1 st April 2018 any new positions you hold will also be shown here, recording your employment history from this date.
iTrent is a secure web-based system that enables school staff to view and update some of their personal and payroll details. It can be accessed from a computer, laptop, mobile phone or tablet. There will be more developments coming to the system over the next 6 months or so and these include: People Manager sits within the core HR and Payroll system called iTrent. It holds the University’s organisational structure, payroll and personal details of every staff member. Data protection iTrent is a completely secure system that is used by many large organisations including government agencies and other social care providers. After 1 st April 2018 all your payslips and P60s will be stored here for the duration of your employment with Creative Support. If you leave Creative Support you will be able to access your information for a one month period.Job search – please note that HR will be extending the application deadlines for those jobs due to close yesterday or today Sections 3 – 6 you can access information regarding guidance for employees, managers and schools as well as links to access iTrent. In iTrent is the name of our HR portal used by staff. Here staff can book annual leave, view current and previous payslips and more. Log in via iTrent.uel.ac.uk
myTeam is the manager portal used for authorising various requests for leave, training, expenses and overtime and for managing absence.iTrent is the workforce IT system North Lanarkshire Council uses to record and process all employee information. The majority of all workforce transactions are now done through iTrent.

The system allows you access to your personal information and details of your employment with us. Update your marital status. Documentation will only be required if this change means you also wish to change your name, then the conditions above apply. You will need your employee number, which you can find on your contract of employment. If you don’t have that yet, the school iTrent administrator will be able to look it up for you.
If you use your car for work you can add in the details here. You will need to provide your insurance policy document to evidence that you are insured for business purposes for your manager to verify.
