I did a favour for a neighbour ,and they repaid me by giving me a bottle of cabalie,and from the very first sip I immediately fell in love with with the beautiful taste and smell.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Just tried this wine. For the first time this weekend, I usually drink white and this was the chosen red at a silver service catered event, we ate steak so I chose the red, loved it as soon as it touched my tongue, beautifuly smooth, leaves no harsh aftertaste, just warm, full bodied and very moorish hence my search for more. Would recommend this red to anyone, there’s nothing to dislike. Used to work in the wine trade years ago and tried some of the most expensive wines in the world. But I received a bottle for my birthday. It’s a lovely wine. So smooth and full of flavour. Put it up there with some of the best.It is smooth, deep and full of high quality textured flavours. Life is way too short to taste of drink bad red, and this 2021 is a great year's wine in my mind. Was given a bottle of Cavalier for my birthday, along with others. However the Cab came out tops with its lovely dark colour it’s smooth taste. some taste of berries but the feeling on the tongue is like velvet. Bravo! A delicious discovery! This wine is bursting with fruit, and is easy to drink. To be honest, it was hard not to finish the bottle in one meal.

It is wonderful. So smooth but with substance. Fruity flavour with depth. Pity it only seems to be available form one supplier. I mainly drink white wine, at the first sip of Cabalie I was hooked. The rich, vibrant, full bodied taste captured me. I now have a whole case full to enjoy.

The Cabalie red wine has become my favourite wine. I serve it at supper/ dinner events at home and it is always popular Several of my friends now buy it by the case. I thoroughly recommend it. Received as a gift from a client as a 'thank you' this wine is one of the highest quality reds I have ever tasted.

Absolutely love this wine. I have found a red wine at last after years of trying and gave up. Then my friend gave me a bottle of Cablie and love it. The absolute best red wine from this region. Sift, velvety, utterly flavourful and full of character....wonderful. I've drunk this wine for years and it keeps getting better.What a fabulous wine. It is the first time I have tried it, but it really was something special. I would highly recommend it. Rich, smooth and full of flavour. Found this review and have to say that totally disagree. It's obviously a personal choice but so far to say that we now drink this pretty much exclusively and prefer it to our previous Italian Amarone.. and it's half the price.
