About this deal

This is a very practical feature that allows the headset owner to continue using the headset even when recharging. Though a few makes and models of wireless headsets have this ability, it’s more uncommon than common. Nice to see this was an included feature on the Jabra Evolve2 75. Sound - how good does it sound, and how good is it at reducing noise?

The Evolve2 75 works with computers, and mobile devices. It comes with a Jabra Link 380 Bluetooth adapter for computer USB connectivity, but you can also connect toWe applaud Jabra for recognizing this, and shortening the boom. I wish more manufacturers would understand this as well.

This means that if you care about having professional grade sound when on phone calls or when on a meeting, you simply can’t go wrong if you use an Evolve2 75.

Powerful leak-tolerant 40mm speakers give you rich, high definition audio for your music and calls. More visible busylight.

The band over the top of your head is nearly completely covered in soft material over foam to rest comfortably on your head. The earcups rotate about 135 degrees so they can lie flat in the carrying case and then match the shape of your head for an optimal audio experience.

Technical specifications

Though you have the option of connecting the Evolve2 75 to a computer that’s Bluetooth enabled, it’s a better option to connect to it via the USB adapter. You’ll get a more steady, reliable connection, and you’ll get longer wireless range too. You may find the audio quality to be better as well. Discreet mode refers to those times when you’re listening to music, a podcast etc, and you don’t need a boom microphone. Simply raise it up, and it stows out of your way, and out of sight, hence the references to discreet. The Jabra Evolve2 75 has a feature called HearThrough. This feature allows you to have a conversation with someone in your work environment, or just hear what’s going on around you without the need to remove the headset. The new Jabra Evolve2 75 is rated to give you up to 100 feet (30 meters) of wireless talk/listen range. This is pretty standard for many Bluetooth devices. You will find new models that have a range that’s limited to 33 feet, so by comparison, I guess you could say that at 100 feet, the Evolve2 75 is on the upper end of Bluetooth range. How heavy is this new headset? Just when you thought Jabra had introduced enough new headsets, they threw another one into the mix to put smiles on our faces.

The microphones used in the Evolve2 75 are noise cancelling. This is something you’d expect on any wireless headset today, so no surprise here. Battery life While on the subject of connectivity, the Evolve2 75 can pair up to 8 devices, and up to 2 simultaneously. This is nice because it remembers the devices on your list, and when paired to two of them, it switches seamlessly between them. Updated & enhanced chipset I have found the headset so comfortable and long lasting that I now use it to enjoy music streaming from my phone while working and love that I can then easily switch over to a Teams work call without missing a beat.

Box contents: Headset, Jabra Link 380 BT adapter, 1.2 meter USB-C to USB-A cable, and soft carrying case. The last thing you want is it to be heavy which can easily lead to pain and discomfort, but headaches as well. The lighter the better, and considering everything that’s gone into this headset, I’d say Jabra did a good job to keep the weight down. More on comfort For a long time, the Jabra Evolve 75 has been a fan favorite, and for a lot of very good reasons. The Evolve 75 is feature rich, comfortable, and has that professional sound you’ve come to expect from a Jabra headset. Soft memory foam molds to your ears’ natural contours, for incredible all-day comfort. Superior noise isolating design. Why is weight important? If you consider that this is a device that’s worn over the head for many hours a day, it makes sense that you’d want this device to be as lightweight as possible.
