The rolls are made of a special felt that filters carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere, thereby protecting the cutlery from atmospheric tarnish. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to cover the cost of returning unwanted items, so the postage cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices. For regularly used cutlery, we recommend that each roll is used to hold a place set, and you therefore bring the number you require to the table for laying. An approximate timescale for despatch is given for each product. We will endeavour to inform customers of any deviation from stated times. Please note delivery timescales may vary for unforeseen reasons (e.g. national/international carriage times). The small cutlery roll holds 12 teaspoons, coffee spoons, pastry forks and other small pieces. The large rolls hold 12 table or dessert sized pieces, including fish eaters, steak knives etc., or a place set.
