What I like about this book is that it features people from different walks of life, some of whom I know of and others I don't. The chapters are broken into short and concise sub-chapters, making the book easy to dip in and out of. It's organized into seven sections: Ani Pema Chödrön was born Deirdre Blomfield-Brown in 1936, in New York City.
