I got this to help more rapidly process a large amount of ground bison we recently bought. I had hoped it would make the process faster but it really didn't. If you don't mind hand-rolling meatballs (which is really easy, to be honest) it's so fast to just grab a pinch of meat, roughly shape a ball, then roll for a few seconds to smooth it out. It takes maybe 5-10 seconds per ball.
