About this deal

Need help setting up your COMMANDER CORE XT controller? We have a guide and a video to help you out. yes the commander core and pro are different, if you dont think so then you are an idiot. the Core can handle 6 fans completely with the PWM and RGB. the Pro can handle 6 fans for power, 2 for RGB 4 temp sensors and 2 9 pin internal USB hubs. Honestly I'm a little frustrated with corsair about the ml120 rgb pro fans for sale separately. They only have 4 leds per fan, while the ML120s with the h150i elite capellix are 8 rgb per fan. I wanted them to all match. It seems like going with sp120s might be the best from an rgb asthetics point of view, but I'd prefer magnetic levitation ones if they were available with the same 8 rgb leds per fan. Assuming you have the COMMANDER CORE (which comes with ELITE CAPELLIX) and COMMANDER CORE XT, that wouldn't be a bad configuration at all - having six fans on one controller and the remaining on the other. and why dont you try saying you have the fans you have in icue or pic the ones with the most RGB and the other will do the same but you wont have all the rgb on the fans itself? i mean lets just say that the LLs have 30 RGB LEDs for simplicity and the MLs have 15. you pic the LLs in icue as all your fans and all 30 LEDs of the LLs light up and the 15 on thje MLs

The H150i, 3x LL fans on the radiator, and 3x bottom intake fans all connected to the Commander Core that came with the H150i. because commander PRO and commander CORE are two different things. Commander CORE doesn't even have an external rgb hub which makes it two different scenarios. Why did u bother to answer if you're not knowledgeable? The first time I set the system up the 6 QL 120mm Fan light wasn't working, but it was powered and the fans are (Blowing Air) Connect the included temperature probe into the port labeled TEMP 1 or TEMP 2. The probe itself can be placed anywhere inside or outside your system to monitor temperature. If I had your same configuration, I would mount the H150i ELITE CAPELLIX atop. Using its included COMMANDER CORE, I would then connect the H150i's three fans and three front fans. The remaining four fans would connect to the COMMANDER CORE XT. This is illustrated below. My reasoning behind having the front and top fans on the same controller is for iCUE's sequential lighting effect.Q: What about my LED strips? Do I still need to use the iCUE Lighting Node Pro RGB Lighting Controller? Zotty ok so I have the Corsair 5000D Airflow, the H150i Capellix 360 AIO, and 10 extra ML 120 fans (total 13 fans) 3 RGB front and 3 RGB side, original 3 RGB AIO set to push inside the top mounted Rad set to exhaust, 3 non RGB in pull on top of the rad and 1 non RGB as rear exhaust. The 6 on the Rad are all connected to the Com Core as well as the rear fan via an PWM splitter. On my setup I have 8 Fans total, now I only have 6 Fans directly to The Commander Pro and I have 2 Lighting Nodes connected to it. Connect a CORSAIR RGB Fan LED Hub (sold separately) to control lighting for up to 6x additional RGB fans Finally, the LCD kit is connected to the CPU_FAN port of the mainboard, and all controllers/repeaters are connected to the power supply via the SATA power cable.

A: The COMMANDER CORE XT includes two repositionable temperature sensors (vs four), one 3-pin RGB header (vs. two), one USB 2.0 pass-through (vs. two). The COMMANDER CORE XT also eliminates the need for a RGB fan hub, as it sports six RGB fan ports. Now I know the Capellix comes with the "Commander Core", but I believe that's only enough to run the radiator fans, and 3 more fans for a total of 6. So that leaves 3 fans unaccounted for. The 6 that I'm installing on the bottom and side are going to be the Corsair QL series fans. So do I need to get one of the bundles with the Commander Pro? I'm not sure if the Core and the Pro can be daisy changed together or not though? We've got a new controller that centralizes command over your case fans and RGB lighting! We're happy to introduce to you the COMMANDER CORE XT. Here are a few highlights: Configure 4-pin fan lighting using the setup wizard. You can choose to have the controller automatically detect fan type per port, or set up the fans manually. Buy a couple of selfpowered fan hubs (like the one you linked) and group each radiator's fan so they act the same. This will take up 3 CoPro's ports. I have exhausted all remedies that googling has revealed. I have only one option left and that is a 9-pin internal USB to USB 2.0 converter cable that I am waiting to be delivered to see if plugging the device into an external USB slot will solve the problem.

My mobo has two USB 2.0 headers and I think that I have just about tried every configuration, including the following: I bought an NZXT internal USB hub: Neither the Commander Core XT nor the Lightning Node Core have been detected, no matter what other configs I tried on the USB-Ports. The NZXT hub does not detect the Corsair Hubs. When I plugged my Gigabyte Aio on the Hub, it has been detected. So the hub is working, just not with the corsair products. Also, setting to a decibel 'value' also isn't entirely accurate and can leave a larger range for operational limits. Example, there might actually be a variation of +/-300 RPM where the measurable difference of a single decibel is seen, but 300 RPM is actually a significant difference in the amount of airflow being moved. 1200 RPM and 1500 RPM actually end up performing quite differently. It becomes difficult to replicate test runs without variables based on decibel levels alone as the same measurement of 35dB for one test can easily fall outside of acceptable deviation. The 4x QL120 RGB fan (No.7) is connected to the Lighting Node Core and the PWM Repeater of the iCUE 5000x RGB case.I pluged the Commander Core XT and the Lightning Node Core on the internal USB-Hubs and the AIO on the Commander Core XT Hub. It worked for some time, but especially when the PC is under workload the Fans on the Core XT started disconnecting again.
