There are two different types of air pumps: single stroke pumps and double stroke pumps. Meanwhile, there is also a third category: triple action pumps. A high load capacity: the board must be able to support the weight of several people. In addition to the body weight of the paddlers, the weight of the (wet) clothes and the weight of the equipment must also be considered. A 10ft 6in or 10ft 8in length board with a width of 30 to 34 inches is generally the most popular size for beginners, and for the whole family to enjoy.
