That said I’m sitting at 3.5 stars because I do feel like there were several times I cringed at the writing or dialogue, especially in the beginning. I think the author was trying to show that Easton was a little bit of a playboy prior to meeting Maya, but some of the things he thought in his POV chapters seems totally unlike the character we met.It was so cute!! I did hate that ppls would bring up his past on dating, but I'm honest we never saw any of his hookups at all. And him taking care of her bully for her yashhh!!! But my would-be knight would have to do. I needed an escape route from my brother… his biggest rival.
