Love" and "heart" are two of the words that turn up most frequently in texts by Rammstein — at least statistically, as revealed by an analysis of individual words vocalized in the songs on the band's seven studio albums. He told German music channel VIVA in 1997: "It's actually about making a blatant statement, but paraphrasing it with allegories. Alittle bit flowery like the old 60s hit songs where they say, 'I'll stay with you tonight,' but everybody knows they want to have heavy sex."

Interestingly, the author says that there's not a big gap between Tills poetry and his song lyrics, which is true (the poem "Wenn Mutti spät zur Arbeit geht" ist the basis for "Puppe") - but he also says that this is the reason that Tills poetry is nothing more than just song lyrics, which is simple not true in my opinion. Many of the poems wouldn't fit a song, even though the rhythm might be somewhat musically. I believe the author wants more "high-brow" poetry, which he apparently can't find in "simple" Tills book.In 2021, Lindemann sang an orchestral ballad from the 1930s, "Lubimiy Gorod" ("Favorite City") and was praised for it. He shot music videos for his solo projects in Moscow and St. Petersburg, and performed at a military music festival on Moscow's Red Squarein front of an enthusiastic audience. a b c "Rammstein fan Shelby Lynn alleges she was groomed for sex". While the depth is present, don't assume all joy or all heartache; lust and beauty are woven in leaving a relatable cadence of life, love, and death.

Lindemann's daughter Nele was born in 1985, and he spent the first seven years of her life as a single father. [12] He has one grandson through Nele. [55] On 28 February 1991, his ex-wife and his Rammstein bandmate Richard Kruspe had a daughter together named Khira, who uses the Lindemann surname rather than Kruspe.
