About this deal

As a result, we recommend only consuming supplements containing 1 stimulant (with our preference being caffeine, as it’s proven to be safe and effective – more so than teacrine). However, they don’t really offer much benefit to improve your workout. There’s no negatives to having BCAAs here, but USN should’ve replaced this with something more beneficial in a pre-workout – such as Citrulline Malate, which is proven to boost muscle pumps. Would I say that it puts it into the 'extreme pre workout' category, when this is the main proven stimulant? Probably not. Considering a lot of other pre workouts have better stimulants, or a higher dosage of caffeine. Anyway, this isn’t even a main benefit. In fact, it’s definitely not worth advertising this on the front of a supplement container; increasing the absorption rate of supplements is good, but this is more of a ‘bonus’ than a key benefit. Not only that, it’s main benefit is to promote fat loss – which isn’t a direct benefit of a pre-workout supplement. There are already great fat burners on the market that’re designed to help you cut fat, so there’s no need for this ingredient here.

Creatine can increase performance, but only after your body has built up a reserve of this stuff. Which takes time. 5grams is the recommended dosage, everyday. As a result, we always look out for green coffee bean extract in fat burner supplements. However, it’s important to remember that you’ll only be consuming 1 daily serving of B4 Burn as it’s a pre-workout (and that’s if you actually do take this everyday).

It looks like USN have made Astragin a key component of B4 Burn, as it’s featured on the container of this product. However, we’re not convinced by this ingredient. But that doesn’t mean it’s useless; taurine can help reduce cramping while you exercise. As a result, we don’t consider Taurine to be a key addition to any pre-workout supplement, but it can be useful. In fact, we believe that it’s only a matter of time before bitter orange extract is banned in the US too. But here’s the problem: it’s part of a proprietary blend, meaning there might be a tiny amount inside B4-Bomb – which would result in this being ineffective. We always say that a supplement’s ingredients are it’s most important features – simply put, good quality ingredients make the best supplements.

Well, it’s caused by consuming high dosages of caffeine, and as B4 Burn contains both caffeine anhydrous and teacrine – you’re at real risk here.

This molecule is a popular ingredient in pre-workouts on the market – but that doesn’t make it good. As we mentioned, USN have jumped on the band-wagon of creating female-specific products; personally, we don’t agree that females need their ‘own’ products, and we’ve seen women use unisex products fine without any problems. Studies have shown that 3,200+ mg is the clinical dose. You would have to be doing 1.5scoops to get close to that minimum dosage. The main side effect that concerns us with B4 Burn is the potential jitters; if you’ve ever drank too much coffee before, then you know the feeling.

As a result, you’ll experience enhanced focus, while avoiding side effects like jitters and energy crashes. The only problem is, L-Theanine’s part of a proprietary blend, so there might not be a big enough dosage to deliver this benefit. However, this is a problem, as B4 Burn already contains caffeine. In a nutshell, consuming high dosages of stimulants will lead to side effects like jitters and energy crashes. Finally, the last side effect isn’t serious, but it’s definitely not enjoyable. As we’ve already mentioned, betaine has shown to cause fishy body odor…something we personally try to avoid. Overall just avoid this ungodly unnatural drink I think I shall save the rest for baiting rat traps though I fear they will be smarter than me.” USN uses current, up-to-date, peer-reviewed nutritional research throughout the development of our products and continue to employ the latest manufacturing protocols. USN manufactures its products according to stringent GMP and BRCGS regulations (where applicable) and, therefore, takes proactive steps to ensure that our products are safe and effective. As part of this system, we ensure that the ingredients used in USN products:Why? Because it’s been banned in the UK and other countries for causing harmful side effects (see side effects section for more info). It’s obvious that USN have placed a big emphasis on trying to create a product that’s effective at helping you lose weight with B4 Burn. However, if you do manage to lose weight while taking B4 Burn, it’ll be along with numerous side effects. For Adults use only. Consult doctor before taking, if taking medication or with medical condition. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women
