There are three Usage Scenario buttons that offer preset humidity targets and fan speeds for Sleep, Living Spaces, and Storage Room scenarios.

When I first powered up the MAD35S1QWT, it registered a humidity level of 75%, which was consistent with the reading from a Sensi Thermostat located in the same room. The 35-pint model is meant for 3,000-square foot areas, while the 50-pint model can cover 4,500-square foot McMansions. I think the area I have it in is about 1900 SF so I am using a second dehumidifier of a different brand.
