I also use this to give my bed a soft sweetness, I can sleep with this on easily and does not affect my hayfever which can be a real problem with a lot of perfumes for me. EDIT: lasts for days on clothes, day 3 and the other scents I've sprayed over it are gone, but it still lingers.Vanilla Lace has a far deeper richer base and I find layering Mad Potion and Vanilla Lace is the best way to get a nice scent cloud out of Mad Potion, which on it’s own has almost no silage and is very weak.

Stupid of me cuz Katy Perry has some of my favorite perfumes and they never go bad, well except Mad love that smelled dusty after awhile. I realize that I am becoming a bit of a fragrance snob so I've been trying to get into more "cheapies" that come highly recommended. I recommend it for anyone who enjoys fragrances that are formulated to be very sweet and playful yet fairly sexy and memorable as well. I love the scent of vanilla, but had never been able to find a vanilla-dominant fragrance that I felt worked for me. So iv had this for a long time and although it fits into the kind of perfumes i like-mostly gourmands, theres something that i couldnt put my finger on that was giving me a headache.that it doesn’t seem to last very long… I’ve only been wearing it on my wrist for about three hours now and it seems to already be going away after a very quick drydown. I’ve always been a fan of vanilla based fragrances and this one couldn’t get more vanilla if it tried. Unlike some online retailers, all of our products come in the original manufacturer packaging and are 100% genuine. All I got when I sprayed it was an overpowering smell of rubbing alcohol, as if I'd opened a bottle and rubbed it all over myself.

If i spray this in my hair i get little wafts of it all the time i am surprised so many people think it is boring. I understand what people are saying that you can't detect a ton of the other notes, but I'm okay with that, because I love vanilla so much and have been looking for a mostly vanilla scent. Mad Potion, is a cologne, not an eau de parfum, so it is gone really fast, like so many others have stated. However, Pacifica's Island Vanilla perfume smells almost identical to this, so much so I couldnt figure out which is which on my arm. I think the Alice in Wonderland inspired potion bottle is cute, but more thought went into the design than the scent. Does not smell like actual perfume to me and I will never wear it "seriously" but, in all honesty, it is a very cozy and happy scent.
