I really am going to have to have a bash at making a Keema Naan, one of the bread recipes included and a particular favourite of mine. I saved abit of the Keema Lamb filling and used it with my normal flatbread recipe I make all the time from self raising flour and yoghurt and it was beautiful I'll make them like that in future so I wouldn't use there dough recipe for those. It is a good mixture of lesser known curries like Chicken Makhani, a North Indian curry with an aromatic buttery sauce (apparently makhan is the Hindi word for butter) and some great British favourites such as Chicken Tikka Masala. We did up the spices in the lamb saag as we prefer ours with abit more punch but that is the beauty of curries you can adapt them to your own tastes. The book has lots of photos and they talk about different regions and where the recipes originally come from. I can't even give a favs stand out meal as all of them are so good but the Goan fish soup is one I've made a few times.
