About this deal

It really helps teenagers- I believe, as it did for me, to understand everything about growing up and a lot of it was about similar things to what I am and I'm sure other teens are going through. But i would especially recommend it to teenagers because there are a lot of things that we can learn from them so that we feel better about ourselves and we know that we aren't the only people in this world going through this situation. We have had countless reports of teenagers reading stories to each other on the phone, or staying up late with a friend reading just one more. It told me how and when I should become friends with the right, people, and when and how to become active in a relationship. I was curious to read this, since there are always so many of them sitting in my teachers' bookshelves and in my school library.

On November 5, 2019, it was announced that the Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment division would purchase foreign sales company Foresight Unlimited for the new Screen Media division. They were so inspired (and creative) that they then wrote their own stories, which they read to each other the following night. This edition contains important lessons on the nature of friendship and love, the importance of belief in the future, and the value of respect for oneself and others, and much more. Or she’d take off her glasses and bump into walls, sending her books, pen and protractor flying everywhere.BookBrowse seeks out and recommends the best in contemporary fiction and nonfiction—books that not only engage and entertain but also deepen our understanding of ourselves and the world around us. I never took into account that the last month of our relationship was one of the hardest times I had ever gone through. We went to great lengths to ensure that it dealt with the issues that concern you, and that it addressed those issues in an open-minded and caring way.

I really thought it was amazing reading about all these young people who have gone through tough times that they feel nobody else would understand. So, heroic deeds are demystified and all of us are taken to a mental place where we can clearly see ourselves as successful, inspiring, altruists. From the story “ My Best Enemy” I learnt that we have to be open mined about our friends and whom we choose to be friends with. Canfield has appeared on numerous television shows, including Good Morning America, 20/20, Eye to Eye, CNN's Talk Back Live, PBS, The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Montel Williams Show, Larry King Live and the BBC.I haven’t read many anthologies in the past so I was quite eagre to have a reason to be able to read one! I'm almost positive that fifty years from now, if a teenager picked up this book, they'd instantly be able to relate to it. A latest edition to the teen Chicken Soup series focuses on aspects of friendship and love, presenting inspirational readings under such chapters as "Breaking Up," "Tough Times," "Growing Up," and "Acts of Kindness.

I enjoy reading [the stories in Chicken Soup], wrote Shannon Richard, age 14, and I find I have a new sense of life after reading them. The stories are written by people of all ages and it really does help the reader see what relationships are like from a girls view and a guy's view.Jack Canfield is co-creator of the Chicken Soup for the Soul® series, which includes forty New York Times bestsellers, and coauthor of The Success Principles: How to Get from Where You Are to Where You Want to Be. Chicken soup is a really good book because it gives you great advise and its a book that will make you happy and sad. One story in particular, "Losing the Us" was of a young girls experience going through her first love. They're from real teens, and they're about the mad crazy, hard and joyful things that really happened to them and their friends. Then I found myself taking different routes to get to class just to see if I’d bump into her, and when I did .

And you learn to build all your roads on today because tomorrow’s ground is too uncertain for plans. The one thing that bothered me the most, is this book is made from a bunch of different authors putting out their stories. The auhthor main points throught out the book empisize on real life situations, it shows teenagers that go through many obstacles which can relate to family, relationship ,love and many more themes. For example, the one love story about the guy meeting the girl in the airport and then they started dating and they are still extremely in love. This first batch of Chicken Soup for Teens consists of 101 stories every teenager can relate to and learn from -- without feeling criticized or judged.

This book taught me the side-affects of a relationship going for the worst, and taught me to now let anything get in my way of my relationships, with friends or with a special somebody, if it was just a fight, over the last cookie, or what movie we should see. I picked this book because I had been read chicken soup books in the past, and they seemed pretty good. In conclusion I really enjoyed the books various authors, styled chapters, and the many lessons I learned. Jack, Mark and Kimberly have formed The Teen Letter Project, a foundation dedicated to encouraging troubled teens to reach out for help and guidance.
