Growing up, Michelle and her older brother, Craig, shared a bedroom in their family’s upstairs apartment in her great-aunt’s house. s important is our story, our whole story, including those moments when we feel a little vulnerable .

This version for a young reader makes it perfect for students especially or maybe parents can use this as a storybook to read for their children before they go to sleep. Growing up in Chicago with a supportive and loving family, Michelle shows how much she's always looking for other people, how much she cares about others rather than her own personal gain. Whilst I don’t read non-fiction a lot, I really enjoyed this amazing memoir following Michelle Obama from her childhood, through her various jobs to how she become the First Lady of the United States.I had a bit of trouble staying interested in the parts before the Obamas started election campaigns, though those first 140 pages or so had some poignant moments. People all over the world look up to you and that’s for sure she needs to minimize any mistakes as low as possible because people will definitely look after the mistakes rather than looking at how much she has done.
