As expected, it comes equipped with Razer Chroma RGB lighting and is fully customizable with a ton of integrations thanks to the Razer software.

It's also worth noting that you can adjust the haptics to four different levels, either via the physical button or the Synapse software: Low, medium, high or off. Getting that perfect sound signature can be a struggle sometimes, regardless of how good the software might be. The Razer Kraken V3 Pro Wireless are better gaming headphones than the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro Wireless 2020.

It’s certainly an attention-grabbing effect, but we found it to be more disruptive than helpful in our tests. Regarding mic performance, the software has an EQ and presets like 'Volume Normalization', 'Voice Clarity', and 'Ambient Noise reduction', a voice gate with a level that you can toggle on and off, and sidetone. Soft sponge-like material are common and can be very durable, but then again, they aren’t leather :). While I can’t predict anyone’s tolerance for haptic feedback on their ears, I can say that it’s quite a different experience than feeling it in your hands. The THX Spatial Audio feature provides a solid simulated surround sound effect, offering fairly strong left-right directionality and giving at least a vague sense of whether a sound is coming from the front-right or rear-right.That said, the rest of the response falls below the audibility threshold, resulting in mostly tight bass and transparent treble reproduction.

The look, design and comfort of the Razer Kraken V3 Pro don’t stray too from its vanilla counterpart. However, the Nari Ultimate are more comfortable, have a more out-of-head passive soundstage, and their mic has better noise handling. While you may find they sound a little muddy, their companion software offers a graphic EQ plus presets to help you customize their sound to suit your tastes. There are three settings for haptic rumbles: low, medium, and high, each of which you can cycle through with the push of the button. Upgraded with titanium-coated diaphragms for superior clarity, the drivers enable truly lifelike and accurate sound reproduction.If you prefer a different sound, their companion software has a graphic EQ and presets to help you adjust their sound to your liking.
