For later titles in the series, the publishers and Office Create joined together to form Cooking Mama Limited, which was made exclusively to develop the Cooking Mama series. The main game will show you a few rows of meals, and after picking one, you’ll have the option of practicing it first or heading right into the challenge. Each recipe includes one or two steps needed to make it and with them, the player can open their own cafe, where other users and NPC's would visit. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average.

Let's Combine: The player can select two dishes to combine, completing mini-games from both recipes.This game introduced several of Mama's friends and family, along with the feature to decorate recipes with stickers in a special album.
