About this deal

A neutral shoe makes up roughly 80% of available running shoes and have the same level of cushioning in the heel and the forefoot making it suitable for a large section of runners. When I was putting in the long miles, it definitely made a difference that I could feel in my knees and calf/Achilles, and shorter recovery of problem areas. OUR VERDICT The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 20 offers a supportive yet springy ride as all design components work together to cup the heal with a gentle hug, which transitions smoothly into a solid toe-off.

With a softer medial side, the Adrenaline GTS 20 is a reverse stability shoe and closer to the Ghost than it has ever been. Do all running shoes really have the right amount of everything to protect us from injury and help us run our best? As a coach, I would recommend rotating them with another favourite shoe for speed workouts once a week, if you do them, for some "off time". Of course, a lot goes into making the upper nice and supple, and that directly translates into landing comfort. On the upper, the exteriors are stripped of the high-density printing detail that was on the GTS 19.The word “holistic” derives from the Greek holos meaning “whole”; the metaphorical usage means a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts—which is the perfect description for Adrenaline 20 (explained below).

The asymmetrical 3D Fit Print saddle pulls from the heel and wraps around your arch for a secure fit.The GTS 20 arrives at its responsiveness by hitting the two big areas: the makeup of the midsole material and its design. An ethical global supply chain starts with factories and suppliers who share our values and our commitments to respect human rights, advance worker well-being and ensure sustainable manufacturing.
