The Botanicals - This delicious gin has been made from a blend of floral and herbal botanicals, all popular in the British Victorian era. Distilled at our picturesque rural home in Compton, Berkshire, Hawkridge London Dry Victorian Botanical Blend is a captivating gin that captures the essence of the Victorian era in every sip.

Using our delicious London Dry recipe as a base, we have added wild strawberries to create a sweet and aromatic blush pink beauty.

This process extracts natural oils and compounds and avoids the botanicals being affected by heat in the still, preserving their delicate flavours and viscosity. We start by creating a tea, with some of the more delicate botanicals being macerated in neutral grain spirit for 48 hours.
