About this deal

This is such a power bomb that it needs an hour to calm down into its beautiful, magical, charming, intoxicating symphony of white flowers - creamy gardenia, charming tuberose, beautiful jasmine, peony and bergamot on the base of spicy nutmeg, beautifully prominent walnut, amber and woods, sweetened and softened by the veil of sweet vanilla. All in all, a rich, smooth, sensuous fragrance, one of the few by Givenchy worth giving any time to. I enjoy the opening, the exhilarating green jasmine is what I focus on, and I willingly swoon under the emphatic wave of gardenia. I thought I'd never find out what it was but it's looking like my 18 year obsession about this mysterious perfume is about to be solved. Even The Styling Of The Beautiful Heavy Glass Bottle With That Absolutely Stunning Gold Scrolled Top It Certainly Cut An Air Of Pure Class Like A Statue You'd See In An Art Gallery Or Museum!

It's turning into my signature scent, and I'm finding it can fit in any season, day or night with the right style and attitude. It's a fully-formed concerto of notes; enough uniqueness to be intriguing, classy without being uppity, and warmly seductive without being overtly provocative. Gardenia, one of my fave flowers married gracefully with green notes that're intense but fresh, not like the decaying leaves I get from Chanel 19, sorry to say. Nebras is pure bubblegum sweet, no spice, all nice florals, and definitely has no animalic features to it.

So glad I sampled this, as I almost blind bought it😬 Sharp white florals, sort of medicinal, boring and I dare say, dated. and I feel, that i still can not do the appropriate tribute to the most beautiful fragrance for women in this world! This reminds me of a very, very young me when visiting my aunt’s house and sneaking a little of this onto my wrists.

I lost touch with my friend as she's travelled the world for her job, never had kids so she's able to do that, and when I did see her again she couldn't remember what perfume it was! I then smell the gardenia and African Orange Flower in the top notes, giving it a lovely creaminess with a slight zing.

Projection, sillage, and longevity are hefty, and Organza is most definitely a fragrance of the 90s. That tracks with the scent experience I had: immediate and strong vanilla with support from well balanced florals.

In the opening, at first spray I am briefly reminded of Amarige by Givenchy and LouLou by Cacharel due to the kind of Tuberose used, but as it settles the unique qualities start to come out. In the beginning, I detect the gardenia and it is really soft and pretty, but that is pretty much the only floral note that stands out to me. My current bottle is from July 2021 and I can say the scent itself hasn't changed in any significant way compared to older versions. I do not understand why people name this in the same sentence as White Diamonds, 24 Fauborg, Boucheron, Ysatis etc while all beautiful mature and classic this is way more timeless than those. I feel so womanly, successful and powerful when I wear a sensuous veil of this heavenly liquid from the gods.I just reviewed the notes that Organza and Tocade have in common - sweet vanilla, jasmine, amber, and that soft but strong, powdery iris note are probably the most noticeable. The sweetness of the vanilla rounds out the spiciness of the nutmeg and the warmer, woody/leathery smells rounds out the florals. Organza opens w/ a blast of slightly camphor greenness, the smell of wet green stems of tuberose and peony that have been crushed under foot.
