Having planned to do this route for a few years we had to postpone for obvious reasons over the last year. An absolutely fabulous guide book to NC500 the photos are spectacular and so much information to plan our visit to Scotland! The quality of their photographs accompanying the script is absolutely incredible too and it just makes the reader yearn to break out and drive there and see it all in the flesh. However when it arrived I got into it very quickly and started in my mind , my own trips on the nc500 using the book all the way. It arrived just before Christmas beautifully wrapped in brown paper and string with a personal note which made it extra special. We’ve just finished reading your Destination NC500 book, and it’s full of amazing photos and information.

I especially like the multitude of photographs many of which are superb, I share an interest in photography and drone exploring so will use this as reference material. This NC500 guild book is the best one we own, we have been to the highlands a couple of times now and your book has highlighted things we have missed. it’s not a journey to be done in a couple of days take time and enjoy all the scenery and stop at the places in your book that are so well described. Whether you are planning to travel the NC500 or have already done it this book will serve as a guide and an excellent reminder of your travels.I’ve spent my adult life exploring Scotland and have it pretty well covered, I can’t wait to explore lots more new places that I may never have discovered without this book, all the hidden gems are inside. Then I went out to find the wonderful, magical places I’d read about such as the Fairy Glen Waterfalls. We are looking at this trip for our honeymoon so it was exciting to start looking at everything we will be able to see. We have previously done the NC500 in our car wild camping but will be headed back in our motorhome, so the road trip essentials for each location in the guide including water points and waste disposal is going to be so so helpful. With everything that’s in I don’t think I will be able to do everything with my health but sure is great reading about it all.
