About this deal

I really like this one too, I find this to be quite a watery consistency and I often squeeze too much product out as it comes out of the tube so fast. It contains an SPF 15 and 5* UVA technology that protects your skin from the harmful effects of the sun, keeping it looking youthful. Lunamac thanks very much for your comment 🙂 I did think the one for very dry skin probably would be quite greasy as I think people with very dry skin need something that’s really emollient otherwise their skin will mistake it for a moisturiser and drink it up! Available in 5 flattering lightweight shades which have been designed to enhance a range of skin tones.

My concern is I swim a lot, almost everyday, usually I use a day moisturizer after swimming, can I use this BB cream instead ? Nourish, protect and enhance while adding a tinted boost of colour to help even out your natural skin tone. products and very few new releases actually ever make it into the standard collection on offer here.I was also pleased to note that it toned down the redness on my face quite significantly and my skin felt moisturised during and after use, but not overly oily or shiny. Overall finish: Once blended into my skin it did look slightly too light for my skin tone (but I do like picking a slightly warmer colour for my skin tone to add colour). It does have some staying power but I like to add setting powder to ensure a longer last and disguise the oily look which it has.

I was also pleased to note that there are different skin-type variations on offer (a first out of all the brands who have jumped on the BB wagon in recent months) ; Normal/Oily, Normal/Dry and Dry/Very Dry. This cream has great coverage and blends in well with my skin tone but leaves my face a little too greasy for my liking so I cover it lightly with a powder foundation. Hi Miss Stylicious, thanks for your comment 🙂 I do need to use powder foundation on my spots, but the coverage is buildable enough to cover everything else like uneven skintone, redness and whilst it doesn’t fully cover acne scars, it dulls them down enough so I don’t bother putting anything else over the top.

I’ve been using No7 BB cream in fair, suits me just fine, unfortunately it seems to have been discontinued. I have skin that is quite difficult to please as it’s severely combination, so products for oily skin are usually too dry and products for dry skin are usually either too greasy, or lack staying power on my oily zones. Let me know if you’ve tried it and what you think in the comments box, I’d be interested to hear how you’ve found it. For starters I love the box, it is a sort of soft pearl pink and looks like its from an expensive brand. However with the BB cream my skin looks smooth and even all day (which really is a miracle after all the products I have tried!

Essentially I’d rather have nothing spread all over my face, than something that gives such a light base I’d have to dot concealer over it anyways. The BB cream has a 5 star UVB and 15 SPF which is also fantastic and the shade is fair (which I am ) so what do I think of it. This however wasn’t too much of an issue as that is the purpose of bronzer, however the actual look of the cream with its lack of coverage was fine for an ‘au natural’ day but for me personally as I’ve already said, I’d much rather skip the lightest base and use moisturiser and concealer instead. The coverage is light moving towards medium and is actually quite buildable, so I just layer more onto my t-zone where I have more redness. For people who want to keep quite a natural look or those of you who are just easing into the world of beauty products (and I know it is a massive and quite daunting world at first) I would highly recommend this.

Very minimalist which is great because I hate those over packaging's with so much information you need a week to read it before you get into the box. Take off those winter layers and reveal your outer beauty this spring with No7 Beautiful Skin BB Cream for Normal/ Dry skin.Shame that it needs moisturising before hand, the SPF I don’t mind, but that is just annoying to have to put another layer beneath. BB Creams are meant to be an all-in-one product, crossing the boundary between skincare and cosmetic, and taking the place of moisturiser, serum, primer and foundation. I was also looking for a lighter shade as I’ve finally had to say goodbye to the last of my summer glow.
