His intensity and desire to be a caregiver, the way he’s morally compromised for being a demon, but still tries… There’s something really soft in all his masculinity that makes him really hot. The next day I was telling this story to my friend Dave and he just started laughing at me (nothing out of the ordinary for him. Not knowing if he would ever fully recover or even be able to walk again, his perspective on life and his future quickly became clear.I reckon that is mostly due to reading a few books that are told only in the FMCs POV, and also some RHs (Reverse Harems).

What I like about Charming in Daddy mode, and the fact that Emma is gradually warming up to it, is that Snow has, since the curse lifted, really struggled with being a mother to this person that she first became a friend to as an adult. My dad lived an incredible life, working as a janitor at a glass plant getting paid 30 cents an hour in the 1950s and working his way up for 40 years as the lead plant manager traveling to every continent to make hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. At first I thought I wasn’t going to like it because there were a few moments of immaturity within the dialog but that fortunately didn’t carry throughout the book.

I hope we continue to make you proud daddy and you’re snapping photos up there in heaven with your other loved ones. The girls share his love for Hallmark movies, dancing, fishing, walks/working out, dominoes, oatmeal raisin cookies, reading, and they love convincing him to watch their favorite Disney movies. When she isn't spending time with her family or refinishing furniture she is writing smut for all to enjoy. In all of the dating that I do, this one will go down as one of the all time best dates that I have ever had, and while sipping on my wine and admiring the Chicago skyline, I couldn't help but wonder how he was going to top this date on our next one. He told me that my date was probably doing cocaine in my bathroom, hence all of the bathroom trips and jittery, nervous energy, and that he had probably spent all of his cash on the cocaine before coming to my house and that is why he didn't have enough for dinner.

Anyway, the short of it is that Fight Club is the story of a yuppie insurance risk investigator who finds the meaning of life by fighting bare-fisted in the basement of a bar.

We are especially fortunate to have my mom as our matriarch, not only as she continues to support my dad during every step of this journey, but also because she was the lead Speech Pathologist for Gwinnett County’s (GA) Preschool programs over the past 20 years, experience that has and will continue to benefit my family and the community. The story started to lose its momentum at the 40% mark, and I had a hard time giving it my full attention. I do wish she had told Emma to put her fingers in her ears or something, lol, but I don’t fault her for it. Theres definitely some pretty dark content but it keeps a light tone that makes it a super fun read. Snow knows it was right, they had to give Emma her best chance, but she still feels incredibly guilty.
