Drive is a modern classic, one of the greatest movies of the last twenty years, a superbly orchestrated piece of indie filmmaking, made original by breathtaking visual energy, a stunning soundtrack, rich imagery and an effortlessly cool style. It didn’t look like damage to the transfer or to the source material, but rather some generation loss that must have been inherent in the source they pulled from. The film works on every level it's supposed to: Crime Thriller, Fairy-Tale Romance, Emotional Drama, Anti-Heroic Action, it does it all flawlessly.

The screenshots used do not represent the 4K UHD because of the resolution and HDR downscaling used to take screenshots. He lives on his own and one day cant help to be taken in by his attractive next door Neighbour, played by the lovely Carey Mulligan. And this grade does indeed sing, with stronger contrast, deeper blacks, and brighter glows from the ubiquitous neons and street lights in the night scenes.
