About this deal

Top up your glass of Crodino with this, and you have created a delicious and decadent drink that will be a perfect treat this summer. Sparkling, refreshing and bittersweet, Crodino is created from a unique infusion of herbs, spices, woods and roots. Water, sugar, flavourings, carbon dioxide, acidifier: citric acid, sodium chloride, colourings: E150b; E110. This drink is a fantastic alternative for those seeking a bitter cocktail experience without alcohol.

It is said that the drink is offered as a token of esteem and as a wish of success to guests (mainly in the field of love). And don’t forget an orange slice, to round off the perfect aperitivo and begin a journey through the senses even before tasting it, thanks to the smell of the essential oils of the orange. So next time you're in the mood for a drink, consider giving Crodino a try – you won't be disappointed!

In 1995 Crodino became part of the Campari Group, which brought this amazing Aperitivo to the rest of the world. Crodino is created with the infusion of spices, woods, roots and top quality herbs, resulting in a complex, interesting taste. They say it's tasty on its own or with ginger beer, a delicious non-alcoholic alternative to other aperitifs, and it has a slight sour orange taste. When I first decided to go alcohol-free (nearly 6 years ago now), the choice of drinks on offer was a bit lacking. This may affect nutrition and allergen information therefore you should always check product labels and not rely solely on the information presented here.

My mother discovered this drink in Italy, she is alcohol intolerant and also a type 2 diabetic, and was delighted to find a social drink that she likes. They mention it's a great non-alcoholic option, the best selling non-alcohol aperitivo in Italy, and the best replacement for alcohol they have found. Produced by Campari, it turns out to be Italy’s most popular non-alcoholic aperitif, which has been around since the 1960s (it is nice to find a drink in this space that was conceived before me). It's not too sweet, which is always a problem with alcohol-free drinks for them, and it' reminiscent of an orange flavoured Campari.

Crodino has been relaunched by Campari in recent years in terms of image and communication and has cemented its position as the most famous and drunk non-alcoholic aperitif in Italy. We would pay anything between €5-7 for one of these in hotels so these bottles represent very good value for money. It has flavors that kids might not like, and it’s a good idea to check the sugar content if you’re thinking about giving it to children.
