Pour just below boiling water over the coffee in a slow circular motion, until the desired capacity is reached. If your partner asks you to share, tell them you’ll make them another one because you ain’t sharing.Let the coffee brew for 2 minutes, then give it a final stir to incorporate and grounds stuck to the filter. The Clever Dripper's design combines the flavour and ease of full immersion brewing with the clarity of flavour of a drip filter. You add your freshly ground coffee, around 20g, to the Clever Coffee Dripper with filter paper, then add your hot water.

We advise you to change timings and coffee amount to suit your own taste and always use freshly ground beans. We have recommended a starting ratio of 15g : 250ml water which will produce a really clean and juicy brew - if you prefer more body then try increasing your dose up to 17-18g : 250ml water.The Clever Coffee Dripper has simplified the pour-over concept by creating an easy way to brew without any bitterness, acidity or loose coffee grounds.
