About this deal

underneath that discrete vanilla and caramel, there is that cleanliness that infusion d'iris is so famous for. I do think the title "Candy" is a misnomer because I suspect most people think hard, sugary, fruity candy -- which this certainly is not. It is very similar to dulce de leche, a favorite childhood sweet treat that everyone knew how to make. It’s definitely sweet but the powdery and warm aspects of this perfume balance it out so it doesn’t become cloying. This perfume is hard for me to smell given I just might be anosmic to the type of musk they decided to use for this.

When I first sprayed it, it came off mostly powdery, and then it changed and grew a light sweet smell, and eventually, I got the caramel and vanilla. I do pick up on the caramel which adds a lot of depth, and of course the powder - maybe the powder is what I'm sensing as "floral". I wish I was getting the caramel and vanilla others are mentioning, but this smells like baby puke to me. I have no idea if this has been getting reformulated every few years or if I just interpret it differently throughout my life. It sounds like a Paris Hilton or Britney Spears scent, and my spontaneous thought was simply "dang, a sellout.for me it is not a bad thing, since i love that Prada and i love clean perfumes in general, but i realise this may not be the case for many others. The only way this would be evocative of 'sex' on me is if my lover went "Hey, you smell EXACTLY like an infant! Which is why people looking into this fragrance, expecting something super gourmand/youthful, are mostly disappointed. I'll give it a month and try again because it IS nice - and lasts about 12 hours as a skin scent on me, but with a name like Candy I was looking for something that smelled YUMMY - not just nice.

On paper, it's still the type of scent I should like but this reminds me of sitting outside of the club at 4 a. Prada objects for the home - including exclusive collector's items, elegant porcelain candles and games with a refined design - accompany moments of conviviality, enriching spaces with a unique and refined aesthetic.I enjoyed this fragrance very much in my 20s, and it served me well running around NYC on date nights, but I don't reach for it anymore. Please read the full reviews and consider your own needs and preferences before making a purchasing decision. I see it doesn’t have much love here, which is sad, but in my opinion, with my body chemistry, it plays nicer and smells better on me than HP does.

With a bit of the wild ’60s, a little Nouvelle Vague, and some shiny Pop thrown in, the Prada Candy family takes extremity to the extreme, jumping from one obsession to the next. Our fall season is more like an extended summer with rainy days so I rarely have the chance to wear heavy gourmand scents. Or at least to know where that powdery caramel smell comes from hahaha It's not a skin scent but I'll say just the next level up.I don't usually agree with comments when they say this about other perfumes but this one definite reminds me of baby wipes. As I recover from the loss of a nine year relationship, one of the things I find takes my mind off things is trying new fragrances. it is not as sweet as one may expect from the notes, it is not as warm as one would expect from the colour of the bottle. It shares weirdly some very similar note that is prominent within all Prada fragrances I've tried, mostly it reminds me of their Infusion line. From the floral, ambery scent of Prada Paradoxe to the fresh yet woody notes of Luna Rossa Ocean, Prada perfumes reinvent natural ingredients through technology, revealing new olfactory sensations.

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy or reliability of the AI-generated pros and cons. Not sure what other people are experiencing with the sillage and projection, but I don't have any issues with either. Playful and seductive, Prada Candy Eau de Parfum is emblematic of femininity, and was released by the iconic Italian fashion house, Prada. It's like being in an opulent flower garden and getting just the slightest whiff of butterscotch in the breeze. it is not as girly as it sounds, it is more for mature audience, i mean it in most positive way possible.
