After the initial playing around with the built in programmes which I found to be not very useful, I set up my own workouts and quickly found out that the Gym runner pro was more than capable of a constant and steady 16-19 kph. You may lose the will the live when you see the machine in two parts and a large plastic packet of bolts and nuts! I bought this treadmill in January, in my usual depressed post |Christmas "must try and get fitter" mood.

The product itself is very substantial and for a home product, it is comparable with those I have used in Sports clubs.After a fair bit of consideration as to wether to rekect the goods or not we decided to accept and just sign as damaged box. This particular treadmill suits my requirements - I didn't need too many programmes and need a piece of equipment that folded away easily. Had the Treadmill about 1 month now,a breeeze to set up,the motor is quite,80 programs ideal for all the family regardless of fitness level,the running belt is wide and long can't fault it. The treadmill is easy to set up, use and maintain and in less than 4 weeks I lost almost a stone in weight.

Its 50kg or so lighter then my old treadmill which is nice as I can actually move it a bit if I need to. I thought that the permanent incline might be a problem but I am used to it and it makes me work a little harder. Only thing I could complain about is the instructions which are not that good (seem to be a translation by someone where English is not their first language), and don't describe the programs in any detail.The running deck is even better then the other same looking gym run treadmill, which is home use only I understand. Oil has gotten on the drive belt located under the motor cover because too much oil has been applied or the machine has been in the upright storage position for too long too soon after being lubricated. It did take two people to assemble, but purely because it was too heavy for one person to get out of the box.
