The art and sound is nothing astounding, and just because you give a leading female main character ears and a tail doesn't mean they suddenly have character depth. Most of the questions of this and the previous volume were wrapped up in this one, though problems or information that was revealed has been set up for resolution in future volumes. This aspect also ended incredibly well with a pretty lengthy epilogue dedicated entirely just to it that finished off the manga perfectly, though I believe the novels continued past this and are still continuing.
