About this deal

I can't believe it will be this grand to others, but I'm sure there's a handful that will relate to my review? Back in the days one of my classmates was wearing this as her signature perfume and I remember it was very distinctive whenever she was sitting next to me.

I can't remember the scent of that old bottle but I remember thinking it smelled classy, mature, and pretty. For this reason, we use cookies and third-party services to improve the services we offer, display relevant advertisments and receive usage statistics. Their scents are often skewed to the "clean" side, but with a quirky twist and unique note combinations. Moschino is in the vanguard of modernist and post modern fashions, artistic, outrageous, creative, wild, fabulous and unpredictable.

I don’t understand the reviews describing this scent as ‘sweet’ or smelling like soda, I get none of that, a sweet fresh scent to me is La Imperatice or Bright Crystal (for eg), this one is more like grapefruit slices sprinkled with a little sugar, just to neutralize the sour-bitter juiciness (how I eat my grapefruit). It was quite light and fresh smelling, although the longer it was on my skin the more I could smell a slightly artificial, clinical smell coming through. This scent is like smelling a clean, dry, definitely dry, silken heavenly body whilst you yourself haven't bathed in two weeks. This is like a really nice cheap floral almost like Adidas Floral Dream with some nice flowers and vanilla. I personally prefer Light Blue range because of the freshness from the apple, but this is still a really nice substitute.

This was in the running with Gaultier Femme and Le Male with those campy commercials and break through fragrances. There is a hairspray vibe to it upon application, can feel a little chemical, but it mellows out after a bit. So much so that it might have very well been the beginning of my love affair with fragrances in general. Here's the deal, my all time favorite fragrance I've ever smelled is True Religion by True Religion. This often happens to me with citrusy or smoky notes, but it seriously smells like salty, lemony sweat on me.

I bought a set of mini moschino splashes at the airport a couple of years ago (didn't realise they were splashes as I hate this format, you either can't get any out or you're covered in it). It lasts me the whole work day and, although I thought the projection wasn’t good enough, my boyfriend said he can always smell it from a distance. First spray was a slightly heavier Addict eau Fraiche, but as it dries it sweetens in a way that other citrus fragrances don't due to the sugar note.

In my experience it has excellent sillage, so be cautious with application until you find out how much works best for you. I really think this is beautiful and I'll probably purchase a full size bottle someday, for now I have a cute little splash and I'm quite happy with it.You can definitely pick out the yuzu and ambergris in this which stops it smelling too sweet and it has a freshness to it. Opens with a 'shower-fresh' burst of aromatic fruity-florals, that deepens into an aquatic floral heart, all riding on a powdery, white-musk base with some sweetness. It is very weird because I am usually not shy to wear a bold statement fragrance, but this one is not my taste at all. It's suitable for all seasons, though perhaps not a Midwestern winter - a little too cool for that probably. This perfume makes me think of pure sunshine and beautiful, long beaches of my home city (Izmir) and how i wish i would be enjoying the heat right now sipping a freshly pressed citrus juice listening to the waves.
