Northfield graduated from Harrow College University of Westminster with a degree in Illustration in 1992. [2] He joined the British small press comics [3] community in 1999, creating various titles such as Great!, Little Box of Comics and Stupidmonsters. [4] In 2002, he acquired the position of in-house illustrator at Eaglemoss Publications, where he worked for five years on projects such as Horrible Histories Magazine, Horrible Science Magazine and The Magical World of Roald Dahl. [2] Derek has been published in France by Actes Sud/Editions De L'an2 and a collection the first thirteen strips was published in bookform from Bloomsbury Publishing in September 2008. [2] The character is known as Norbert Le Mouton in French. [3]In preparation for this flight, Shaun began a programme of astronaut training and familiarisation with the Orion spacecraft and its European Service Module in 2020, travelling to various locations across Europe and the USA to see different aspects of the mission. This training was documented and will be presented in a series of ESA blog posts leading up to launch.

Oh, and I was happy to see a new family member of Derek’s family and I loved that he watched Diagnosis Murder. He is crazy, kooky, sometimes rather smelly and utterly endearing all at once. The stories are simple, Englishly charming and pleasingly deranged, showing shades of all manner of English comedy classics from Only Fools to Carry On to Eddie Izzard and beyond.I have to say that while with most I laughed a lot, some stories definitely could be better if they were a tad shorter. Sometimes it takes a while before we get to the funny bits and other times I wondered when a funny bit happened. Thankfully, funny bits do always happen, but they could be sooner!
