I'm a massive fan of GBBS so naturally this was one of the books I purchased in an attempt to self-educate myself on baking. I received an ARC of from NetGalley and Clarkson Potter/Ten Speed Press in exchange for an honest review. I have such a soft spot for Mary Berry and think her recipes are just so traditional and comforting! Perfect for: Fans of the original will find plenty of inspiration in this new and improved book, and newcomers will have everything they need to embark on their baking journey. It needed to be made clearer that the book was second hand, maybe this was down to me not reading all the information.

Easy to follow instructions for him to follow, started with chocolate victoria sponge simple instructions mostly all dry ingredients in mixer.
