Barry has provided a first class, professional service for a project which required removal of an old conservatory and the new build of an extended porch. He has taken us through the whole design and planning process, liaising with planners and structural engineers, to coordinate submission of the necessary documentation for issue of a building warrant. He has maintained close communication throughout and his responses to queries have always been timely. MMO and MOBA players who prefer to map controls to their mouse rather than their keyboard will always be better served by mice designed for that purpose, like Razer’s Naga Pro, Logitech’s G600, or Corsair’s Scimitar RGB Elite. Conversely, those mice feel unwieldy in a twitch-shooter setting. The marketing isn’t lying to you in this case — unlike keyboards, it really pays to buy a gaming mouse designed for the specific purpose or genre you play the most. Just a 5 minute walk from Falkirk town centre and a short drive from Falkirk Golf Club, this 3-star hotel is the perfect place for both business and leisure breaks. From the very first phone call with Barry things went very smoothly. Barry was very professional and knowledgeable and also came up with some excellent ideas for our kitchen and lounge extension. He dealt with the full application process, from completing the drawings to obtaining the planning permission and building warrant through to the issuing of our completion certificate. Barry also liaised with our builder as required throughout the build. Working with Barry was a pleasure from start to finish and I would have no hesitation in working with him again. Barry was a highly professional gentleman to work with. He was approachable, personable and kept us informed at every stage of the process. I would highly recommend FK1 design. He was keen to get us to our preferred design. It would have been easy for him to convince us to go with a more tried and tested approach, but he took the time to do what was right for us. Barry designed our Extension from start to finish with every detail taking into consideration to conform with building standards, was always there to have a helping hand throughout the build. He was very attentive to all of our needs and took this information into account when producing plans for our garage conversion. Currently, the FK1 district has about 906 postcode units spread across 6 geographic postcode sectors. Planning an extension can be both exciting and daunting. At times you can become overwhelmed with many questions around your ‘needs’ and ‘wants’ and design regulations. So, it is vital that you find the right designer – I cannot stress this enough. Barry, at FK1, listened to my ‘vision’ and then brought it to life through his excellent plans. He saw this as an iterative process which offered me great support as I reviewed my plans constantly. Barry was responsive, flexible and honest at all times. He proved to be a critical friend from start to finish – I knew I could trust him.
