No, the GAT-USBC is not compatible for power with the Nest Hello doorbell. The doorbell requires AC power. Because I didn't have an actual "kiosk PC" available to test, nor an IEEE 802.3bt switch or PoE injector, I decided to make a miniature kiosk computer by adding a Pimoroni Hyperpixel touchscreen to the Raspberry Pi 4.
