Once a baby can climb in and out by themselves, it's very simple to switch the bouncer to a toddler rocking chair which can be used for eating snacks or relaxing. It took our tester Luci a total of 30 minutes to put the seat together, but it was a simple, one-person job all-in-all. It doesn’t have a padded insert though so, while it can be used from birth, it may not be as supportive for particularly small babies who need extra support. Babies develop at their own pace, and Smart Stages technology gives you the ability to select the stage that's best for your child! com Limited, registered in England and Wales with number 03934849, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. Our tester’s daughter loved the rocking motion and the quiet vibration setting often calmed her down. This product is intended for children who are able to sit up unaided, until they are able to walk themselves. The chair was tested out on carpets, slate and wood flooring and it didn’t slip around when being rocked. As well as optional vibrations and two recline positions, this 2-in-1 bouncer comes with a toy bar with two hanging toys, a clacker and a rollerball, which Luci’s baby played and engaged with more than any of the other baby bouncer toys she tested. The colours, shapes, noises, vibrations and toys are stimulating and little ones will sit happily in the bouncer for long periods of time.

You can’t do this with your baby in your arms though as you need two hands, so you’ll need to lay her down elsewhere while you remove the toy bar or slide her under the toy bar and into the seat if you don't want to take it off. When it comes to size, the rocker is very self-contained with no legs sticking out as we saw on the Chad Valley Jungle Friends Bouncer, so it doesn’t pose any trip hazards for busy parents or older children running around. Introductions are limited to motor finance, CarMoney Limited will pay us a fixed commission per paid out deal. three years) | Fabric sling removable and machine washable: Yes | Additional features: Converts to toddler chat, vibrations, toy bar | Dimensions: 65 x 40 x 16cm | Weight: 3.Our tester's baby also loved the bright and fun design of the seat and its accompanying two hanging toys. Gross Motor: As babies reach and bat-at the overhead toys, they’re strengthening those all-important gross motor skills. Every baby develops at their own pace, and Smart Stages gives you the ability to select the stage that's best for your child! It might not be as chic as the likes of the BabyBjörn Bouncer Bliss or the BabyBjörn Bouncer Balance Soft, but it has a soft and supportive seat pad that’s as comfortable for babies as it is for toddlers. I started putting Addy in the highchair from 1 1/2 months old, to be honest Addison has shown signs of being very strong since she was born, the chair comes with great recline options and lays fairly far back, I would say for most babies this recline would be sufficient but in our opinion although the seat cushion is very well padded this highchair needed to have a head cushion to support little babies heads, we actually put one from Addison’s swing in but I think this would be a great addition.

My daughter is 4 months and is starting to outgrow the bouncer I have and in hindsight, I should have got this from the start as it would of saved money in the long run.The bouncer only accommodates one position and it is quite difficult to get baby in and out of the seat when the toy arms are in place – luckily, the arms are easily removed. Wheels- the wheels on the front of the highchair were fantastic for allowing me to move Addison around the Kitchen when in there for different reasons. With two comfy recline positions, calming vibrations, and a machine-washable seat pad, what's not to love?

The high chair was really simple to put together, and I managed it with only a toddler to help out (or hinder). So for us as you can tell from both posts the chair has been a great addition for our family, as before our only issues were that of Tray Size for the Dishwasher/Floor Print of the Highchair and needing a head cushion but to be honest all of these are easily overcome and not deal breakers. The seat has a 5 point harness for strapping your little person in, but I have to admit to being really lazy at using it as I know that Archie doesn't even attempt to escape, so I find it very useful that the tray has a support between the legs to stop the little one sliding through. This is one of the areas that the rocker scored top marks, with our tester Luci saying that the seat felt sturdy and well made. The height is adjustable via small buttons on the feet, so the high chair is always the right height for the table.
