About this deal

Determined to make it through her Drama Course, Niamh is placed at the Victorian Museum to put her drama skills to the test, and there she meets Tommy: he’s kind, fun, attentive, and really hot!

From the perspectives shared in this book I think the one that remained of the most interest to me was Ruby Valentine bad I looked forward to the sections from her perspective. The plot itself is somewhat convoluted, and the answers don’t really live up to the atmosphere it creates. The bad guy was so obvious they may have well have spent the entire book smirking and twirling a moustache, the events that lead to the final confrontation, well frankly I'm not really clear on to be honest but that's possibly because I stopped paying proper attention. Jackson’s debut is well-executed and surprises readers with a connective web of interesting characters and motives.year-old, Irish-born Niamh has just arrived for the summer, and quickly discovers that the girls being attacked look frighteningly similar to her. Due to your achievements in ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE, you are cordially invited to a murder mystery dinner!

With his help, Pip digs deeper, unveiling unsavory facts about Andie and the real reason Sal’s friends couldn’t provide him with an alibi. The fire had transformed him into a creature of ashes and bone, and the sight made the girl tremble, tears sliding down her cheeks. That was all it took to get them together in a creepy house where a murder/death takes place and everyone had a specific role to play as a participant. It had all the tropes (I really did cross-reference against a list of YA conventions that came up on my personalised news feed! I made so many prediction, and got it correct in the end, but even then I still had to wait until the end to confirm it and get a satisfying explanation.

decorated the house including like 10 identical paintings with minor differences (did she commission them? She tries to combine this with contemporary settings in her writing to make unique and chilling modern stories. The premise is sound for anyone who loves things like I Know What You Did Last Summer (in fact you could probably use that title for this story too) and the kind of stuck with a killer who will survive vibe.

Huge thank you yo Kaleidoscope Tours and Scholastic Press, for sending me a copy of this book in exchange for my review.I didn’t like their relationship, I mean they knew each other for a few weeks (maybe I’m even generous with that) and they are so madly in love, they are soul mates. This may be enjoyable to Teens and Young Adults and those looking for a light, quick read that is more a bit of fun than serious reading, but, unfortunately, it fell flat for me and was deeply disappointing.
