The new drink boasts a wide range of flavours: notes of blackberry, black currant, and a touch of cherry are complemented by vanilla, honey, and vine-peach flavours. Pleasant fruit aromas of ripe red apple, roasted quince, and dried fig intermingle with new leather, fresh tobacco, and mace. The Sidecar is a pre-Prohibition classic that features cognac, orange liqueur and fresh lemon juice. Cognac must be aged at least 2 years in French Oack Casks and can be a minimum of 80 proof by volume.
