This natural white wine is produced from the local grape varieties Vespaiola and Garganega. Vespaiola has a very high acidity as well as a naturally high sugar level, which creates well-structured and long-lasting wines. Garganega is an aromatic grape that receives a high minerality from the volcanic soil. The wine ferments in steel tanks for freshness. The taste includes notes of August pear, stone fruit, beeswax and a clean, fresh, mineral-rich citric acid. Oddbird wines are all vegan friendly and contain 1/10 thof the calories found in wine with alcohol. We have created the world’s first natural wines liberated from alcohol, where you actually get to experience the location, nature and climate in which they are grown,” says Moa Gürbüzer, founder of Oddbird. “The exposed climate on volcanic soil at high altitudes, as well as the organic cultivation, mean that the vines have to work hard. The result is a natural strength in the wines, which are able to survive the dealcoholizing process without losing their unique character.” Oddbird is on a mission to transform drinking culture by producing world class beverages liberated from alcohol.Oddbird was founded in 2013 in Gothenburg, Sweden by Moa Gürbüzer. Moa has worked for over two decades as a social worker and family therapist specialising in alcohol related family issues. She wanted the question “Do you want your wine with or without alcohol?” to be as common as “Do you want your coffee with or without milk?”.Sparkling Rosé wine, liberated from alcohol.
