About this deal

My meter would not register the draw in the power-off state and reported a 0.1W difference when the lights were on. It rings true for all ZigBee-based devices tested in my article about the cost of home automation. Other ecosystems? according to the Danfoss documentation the default value für load_estimate is -8000 therfore is added min and max for this expose. If you know how to decipher ITEAD product names, the presence of ZigBee 3.0 and no-neutral requirements won’t be a surprise to you. Sonoff ZBMiniL2 is in fact, a redesign of an older Sonoff ZBMiniL– a popular ZigBee in-wall really – with a much bigger footprint. Right now, I’m confident to say, that we should see more devices in the Extreme lineup soon (even though I have no official confirmation from ITEAD).

I’ve replaced the rPI 4 at my partners for an Intel NUC. I can now get them to last ~7 days or so at hers, but I’ve removed all but one of these as they’re such a pain in the ass. (I assumed it might be the dongle dropping connectivity if it was struggling for power) - The NUC won’t have that issue. Add TS1002 modelID to _TZ3000_xwh1e22x fingerprint. https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee-herdsman-converters/pull/4153 Manually configuring the transmit power to 5 dBm or less in the firmware should probably also work as does there same thing? It does have limitations you have to keep in mind. It will not work with inductive loads (like fans) and requires the connected device to use at least 3W power. It is rated as 6A 250V max. In my mind it seem it will be used mostly for lighting. If it is connected to through a Zigbee Router device then which exact Zigbee Router device model and firmware on that? B) How does this device function when not connected to a Zigbee hub (like say the hub is malfunctioning or unplugged)? Does it just use the switch signal to control the relay – thus acting like a dumb switch?

Nope, I am afraid not, Mat like me just made the assumption that it did, but Mat updated his article now: There are some more discussions about it in YouTube video comments as well as in his reddit thread: As a smart switch, the SONOFF ZBMINI Extreme can be used to switch on and off lights or home appliances as long as the power consumption does not exceed the specifications (6A). This smart switch can be used together with either the eWeLink application or Home Assistant to enable an on/off schedule, a timer, a count-down timer, and so on. My favorite use case is to use it as a smart switch to turn on/off my ventilation fan or DIY air purifier for which we can write a simple rule/automation with data from other inputs, e.g. PM25 sensor, to reduce the power consumption of the air purifier. Keep in mind that this is only to switch a device on/off, and it can not control the speed of the fan. state_action: State actions will also be published as 'action' when true (default false). The value must be true or false In the absence of other information, I’ve been doing some first-hand testing of the ZBMINI. Here are my conclusions to some of the questions above. It allows me to connect my lighting to one of the common automation protocols (zigbee, z-wave, etc.) Following to issue "TS0601 _TZE200_fzo2pocs (Zemismart ZM25TQ) - position and motor speed issue" #11164 Podle společnosti Sonoff by relé mělo vydržet až 100.000 spínacích cyklů.

A v konečném důsledku oslabuje „stabilitu Zigbee sítě“. A to je možná kámen úrazu, čtěte dál. Nový modul Sonoff ZBMINI-L2 Extreme vůbec nespolupracuje s Philips HUE Bridge Revert unnecessary removal of old code that reads the position after sending stop command (Koenkk#4037)Commit includes some bug fixing, and implementation of all custom attributes this thermostat supports If not then it would be interesting to know if and how it can be re-flashed with PTVO firmware instead? ZBMINIL2 supports on/off switching and setting the default power on state but is not a Zigbee router/repeater. MCU – Silicon Labs EFR32MG22 Arm Cortex-M33 @ 76.8 MHz Zigbee microcontroller with up to 512 kB flash, up to 32 kB RAMI’m assuming the ZBMINI actually does know the true state of the switch, but it either doesn’t pass that info on to HA or HA doesn’t show it in any way. The on-off indication in HA is based on the state of the relay.
